Looking to lease summer pasture for cattle

Hi! We are a family of 5 that raise and sell grain finished beef. We are looking for summer pasture for 8 yearlings or 10 cow calf pairs. We are a hard working family with 3 little kids that want to stay in the cattle business if we can find good summer ground semi local. We have all of our own hot wire fencing material but perimeter fencing is needed. We can help repair fence to get it in cattle shape. We are in Sherwood, OR. Willing to travel about an hour. What features of the property are essential?

We need perimeter fencing and then we can do paddocks with our own hot wire fencing to rotate the cattle.

We are a hard working family that enjoy raising cattle. We used to work on big ranches in Southern Oregon and Montana.
