Four acres of farmland, currently in use (growing clover) by a local farmer using conventional techniques including synthetic herbicide.  Would like to transition to farming practices without use of synthetic chemicals. Previous crops have included wheat and rye.

Housing: There is currently a room available for rent in the house adjacent to the property, and a guest room can also potentially be made available for short stays.
