We live on 23+ acres of mostly level land near the town of Cave Junction. We currently have about an acre of land in active cultivation with deer fencing and irrigation. My landmates of seven years are leaving to take care of aging parents and i am seeking folks who want to take advantage of the quite extensive infrastructure i have developed for over 12 years (i have over 22 years of experience homesteading)… Folks must have very good communication/social skills, (experience living and/or working in collectives a plus), a strong desire to steward a very special chunk of land, and lots of energy, talent, and/or experience to grow food for subsistence, charity, and/or market… Very affordable shared housing is available… I have tools galore including sub-compact tractors and a skid-steer loader. Please do not apply if you are looking for an opportunity to grow “hemp”. We are progressive-minded folks socially, politically, and environmentally, and grow according to strict Organic standards.
