Situated in beautiful Birkenfeld, OR. An hour and half from Portland 45 minutes from the beach, Vernonia, and Clatskanie you will love the privacy and small community of tiny little Birkenfeld! This property has been owned by the same family for over 100 years and the home built by the original settlers to the area is the home still on the property. Not recommended for living purposes as it is in need of serious repairs. There is approximately 15 acres of farmable fields that have never been treated with anything other than manure in the production of hay. There is also 2 fresh water streams one originates on the property and the other is a known small creek that leads into the Nehalem River.
