You would be responsible for the set up, full sales day and take down of a market booth. Ideal candidates have a positive disposition and enjoy customer interaction. Experience with sales, organic farming, herbal medicine and/or cannabis industry experience is a plus but not a requirement for otherwise qualified individuals. Candidates should expect to have:
– a vehicle that’s at least a full size sedan or larger to accommodate a pop up canopy, tables and several totes of product and display pieces. (required)
– the ability to independently lift at least 30 lbs. +
– be at least 21 years of age
– (Marijuana workers permit not required)
Schedule to include weekends and one weekday with markets generally lasting 4-6 hours, with an additional 30 mins of set up and take down on either side. Markets range in location from PSU to NE PDX and more. Weekend markets are mornings but Wednesday market are afternoons. We are looking to potentially fill multiple positions, some are seasonal and some all year round, feel free to let us know when responding which you would prefer.
