These two Oregon-based lenders, MESO and OAME, support minority and historically excluded entrepreneurs with business support services and access to lending.

Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon’s (MESO) mission is to elevate and empower historically excluded entrepreneurs to build resilience and create thriving communities through access to capital, tailored business assistance and education. They are a designated SBA micro-lender, an IDA fiduciary, a USDA RMAP (Rural Micro-Entrepreneur Assistance Program) lender, and a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).

The Oregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs (OAME) offers individualized consulting that assesses business needs, identifies available resources, and provides support to build your business foundations. They also offer microlending opportunities of up to $50,000.
