And be within 20 minutes of a post office

And have some livestock fencing would really like to go into a short term owner carry

Or a lease option. Ran though a title company

Would like to grow 25 varieties of vegetables for seed and about 50 varieties for fresh sales

Id like to about 25 to 40 heifer to stabilize my long term income
