have been raising, breeding katahdin/dorper sheep for 4 years; growing garlic for sale, potatoes for sale

What are your short term goals for the land

I'm interested in expanding our sheep and lamb operation, katahdin dorper sheep for meat. Additional pasture ground would be useful to rotate animals off of our pastures, and/or to separate animals for breeding purposes, and to reduce reliance on imported hay at times of the year.

What are your long term goals

We both work full time off the farm, long term goals are to expand farming operation while balancing with other work.

We carry our values of diversity, equity, and inclusion with us in all our tasks. We are currently offering a paid internship to an OSU student to gain experience with soils and farming/ranching.
