Seeking to lease 2-50 acres in Multnomah or Clackamas County to start a farming operation

?

Land Seeker Description

I currently own and operate Henkle Homestead Farm, a small farming operation in east Multnomah County. I have raised sheep, goats, hogs, chickens, and turkeys. I am looking for some agricultural land to lease for a friend whom grew up on a farm and would like to get back into it. Ideally the land would have some pasture for grazing animals and a small barn. If the land has no barn, the lessee would be able to establish a small structure to provide shelter for farm animals.  Depending on the land offered, this person may want to grow fruits and vegetables. The land will need to have a reliable water source available, but irrigation may not be necessary.

What features of the property are essential?

Pasture, water, and ideally a barn.

What are your short term goals for the land
