Land Seeker Description

Hello, My Family and I are looking for land that we can lease or buy to raise our jacobs sheep, has to be pasture land or land that can be reformed to suit grazing. Has to have electric and water accessible on site. At least 5 or more acres to start with as we already have a small flock as well as chickens, ducks and rabbits. Willing to trade or work towards purchase if needed. Open to other agricultural projects as well if they are available or desired. Would prefer a location near a bigger city for employment opportunities.

What features of the property are essential?

Water rights/private well, on site sewer, electricity, pasture land for grazing.

Describe your farming experience

I grew up in Greece on a farm and have recently begun to raise my own flock of sheep.

Are you currently farming?

Yes

What are your short term goals for the land

setting up fencing and pasture areas, increased breeding of jacobs sheep, installing greenhouses for organic crops.

What are your long term goals

Expanding holdings, either with more land for sheep and crops or finding a different plot that offers more space for growth.

Describe your housing needs

we have a large rv if housing is unavailable but need electric and sewer hookups, would prefer a house on the property or the right to build one.
