Looking to work with landlords on a farm property to have a small Kindergarten classroom program (14 students), pastured animals, poultry, and vegetable crops. Also have in mind a produce stand for class to sell vegetables and eggs.
Greenhouse vegetables, pastured poultry, goats and pigs for 2 years, sheep and cows for 1 year.
Short term plan is to add an additional farm class location to a thriving outdoor school program. This would include a tipi shelter, vegetable crops and running pastured animals and poultry. Class time would be half day (9-1) on weekdays, teacher would upkeep farm throughout the week.
Long term plan is to have a long-standing relationship with owners to continue lease for Farm School, or lease-to-own property.
Flexible, looking for a location to have an outdoor school yurt, on-site housing not needed but would be utilized if available.
Our school welcomes families from diverse backgrounds and facilitates social resilience, land stewardship, and a therapeutic education model.
To contact a land seeker, you must first create a land listing and have it approved by our staff. Thank you.
