Grassward Dairy seeks a permanent home for our farmstead microdairy.
We have been dairying for 10 years, in business for ourselves 4 years on 50 acres of leased land in the Coast Range.
We have a loyal customer base and updated business plan.
Our farming passion includes land rehabilitation, management intensive grazing, regenerative agriculture, humane animal care and artisinal dairy production.
We are flexible on the amount of land, as it depends on quality and things change over time. We plan to graze as well as make hay for winter stockpile.
Irrigation rights are essential.
A good barn is more desirable than a good house; we are willing and able to make improvements.
Please be in touch with any possibilities; we are ready to grow! (and graze!)

Irrigation rights above all.
Perimeter fencing of some sort a bonus.
We are willing to work to upgrade and/or import most else.
Dairying for 10 years in several situations, many farmstead production.
4 years dairying with our own business on leased land.
We would like to move our farm operation by December, 2021, preferably sooner.
We have updated our business plan and are ready to build our microcreamery.
We are ready for management intensive grazing, pasture improvements and the infrastructure that goes with it.
Outside of the first 5 years, we'd like to see pasture improvements and increased feed and nutrition reliance from the land, rather than outsourced.
Very basic; we are more focused on housing needs for our cows and young stock.
To contact a land seeker, you must first create a land listing and have it approved by our staff. Thank you.
