Land Seeker Description

Hello,

My husband and I are starting a business and need to find a property that is zoned EFU. It needs to be zoned so that we can live on site. There needs to be adequate pasture area for grazing. Ideally already has utilities (water, electric, septic), some fencing, maybe some buildings. But we are pretty open to all options.

We plan to cultivate an organic/sustainable environment while raising some sheep and processing their (and other collected waste wool) into organic fertilizer pellets. Also plan to grow/harvest a few select crops using no till practices.

What features of the property are essential?

- pasture
- ideally already has utilities (water, electric, septic)
- fencing
- water rights

Describe your farming experience

Our business mostly focuses on caring for sheep. I have owned/been in the horse world for over two decades and during that time have worked at/managed barns.

What are your short term goals for the land

Describe your housing needs

We are currently living in a trailer and plan to do so until housing can be established.
