Trying to farm full time

My family lives on a small farm in polk county. My wife and I are both Registered Nurses, and we would like for one of us to be able to farm full time. We are seeking land for use that we could combine with our small operation at home, but would also be interested in any existing farm that is needing new ownership or oversight.
Any type of arrangement could be of interest.
