Describe your farming experience

We are a family with limited experience, but able bodies and an enthusiasm to work hard and learn. We do backyard gardening and keep chickens currently and have had success with this, and would like to learn to do this on a larger scale.

What are your short term goals for the land

Our short term goals are to sell our home and work a farm while receiving some instruction and mentorship, we are open to a variety of different types of farming, but are interested in having some animals, bees, growing hemp, having an orchard, raising cattle, chickens, etc.


What are your long term goals

Our long-term plans are to acquire our own farm, we are particularly interested in fruit trees, bees, hemp, and other fruits and veggies, along with cattle, goats, and chickens.


Describe your housing needs

If close to Hood River County we could continue to live in our own home, but we are also interested in selling our home to join a farm and eventually own our own farm.
