Seeking lease to own, lease, rental, organic farm management housing

Land Seeker Description

We are a small family of three. We have an organic farm that we manage but are looking to improve our situation or start our own farm. We have our own company and are very close to having filed our third year of taxes which will put us in the position to purchase with financing. We currently have 7 Nigerian dwarf goats (2 soon to be culled), 4 kune pigs (soon to have their first litter), 20 ducks, 10 geese, 2 livestock guardian great pyrenees Floke and Falkor, a flame tip siamese Mojo, a 15 yr old Staffordshire Stoli, a 5 yr old blue nose Isis, and her first born female puppy Lapis. We are honest people with a passion for the outdoors and a desire to live and work together to better our lives and others while caring for this ever providing earth.

What features of the property are essential?

Water source, small barn, electricity, organic standards

Describe your farming experience

We each have a variance in our experience ranging from wholesale nurseries, small scale urban farming, large scale hemp production, large scale propagation, bonsai production, livestock and animal husbandry, greenhouse production, year round production

Are you currently farming?

What are your short term goals for the land

Continue to maintain and improve our flocks and livestock while expanding our vegetation production and possibly farming grain, hops, hemp, herbs, grapes, fermentation cellars, mushrooms. In order to start our own small company of high quality organic produce, beer, kombucha, CBD products and more

What are your long term goals

Manage a small organic company with less than 10 employees to maintain quality and efficiency standards that we can ensure and oversee.

Describe your housing needs

We need a one bedroom or very large studio at minimum. We are simple but a two bedroom would be more suitable for us. We are clean and like to take care of our things. We don't mind helping or doing repairs and improvements as long as a fair agreement is established. It would be great to live here until we are able to purchase or if you are open to a lease to own that would be ideal.
