I am a 5th generation farmer looking for established land accessible from Redmond, or Bend Oregon to operate the production of specialty seed crops.  Looking for lease/buy option solutions with landowner and would consider limited partnership options on the management and production of at least 20 acres.  We have a clear objective with the production on the land and have sustainable and proven methods of farming with successful outcomes in a strong and growing market.  Also in need of a house on, or off property to relocate my family.


What features of the property are essential?

Water rights, established fertile ground used for hay/grass crops, row crops, or similar, operating irrigation system (pumps, mainlines, risers). Handline/wheeline/Pivot OK, but not necessary.


Describe your farming experience

Born & raised on a 2300 acre variety seed production farm in Central Oregon. Now self operate greenhouses and a family farm on leased land.

Describe your housing needs

In search of rental home on property, but not required. 3-4 BR, 1-2 baths with shops, or outbuildings preferred.
