My father has been a farmer in Yamhill County for over 25 years, growing a variety of products from peaches and strawberries to elephant garlic and Kalettes. We sell our produce to local restaurants, set up a seasonal stand in McMinnville and attend multiple farmers markets. During this time he has been leasing all the land he cultivates from neighboring farmers and had never thought about buying property before. Recently we heard rumors our current home may be turned into a café in the coming years so its time we started looking for a new place to call home and land to continue our local business.
Water rights, electricity
until 2019 we were a seasonal market, we now work year around growing cold resistant vegetables and greenhouse herbs.
Establish cane berry patches and small stone fruit orchard. Install large greenhouses for year round growing of plants and set up retail store if location allows for customer access.
Open farming patches to allow customers to invest in growing their own food and allow small families to sell what they grow to sustain themselves.
We are a family of 6 and host workers on occasion.
To contact a land seeker, you must first create a land listing and have it approved by our staff. Thank you.
