Create edible farm products such as fruit preserves, dried herbal teas & spices
Improve, expand, consider/start up creative on site income ideas that are sustainable, healthy, environmentally friendly & positive contributions to the land and others, pass the land onto our children/grandchildren

A home that is or can be made liveable for a family (fixer is okay) or good potential to place a living structure such as mobile home.

An additional granny unit/guest house or rv/trailer space, power of any type, any storage/work structures such as barn/garage/shed would be great but not essential
