Land Seeker Description

My name is Cory Bradley, I’m a level 2 certified Korean Natural Farmer and I have a permaculture design certificate, along with 3 years of farming experience and 10+ years in the cannabis industry. I’m looking to grow hemp for making health & beauty products with and a wide variety of vegetables and some animals like chickens, goats, alpaca, & sheep to create a diverse and resilient farm that produces food, herbs, and medicines in a responsible and regenerative manner.
I’m looking for a lease-to-own opportunity outside of ashland, williams, or Grants Pass on 5 or more acres where I can focus on my business plan while teaching responsible land stewardship to the nearby community with a focus on soil regeneration & community development.

What features of the property are essential?

Essential features of the desired land would have water rights or an AG well, electricity, septic, a barn or structure for processing farm products, certified organic land, & pasture for the animals.

Describe your farming experience

I have been growing cannabis since 2013 and acquired my permaculture certificate in 2017, and in June of this year I completed my level 2 certification for Korean Natural Farming through Chris Trump who is the leader in KNF practices.

I also plan on hosting workshops & educational seminars on regenerative agriculture & community building.

What are your long term goals

My long-term goals are to develop an intentional community Eco-Village that will stand out as an example for how the rest of the world can work to be responsible stewards of the land and give back to the planet which we have ceaselessly taken from.
