Work with/for impact investors in agriculture and ecology, in PNW, US, and abroad.
Involvement in development of farmer-centric technology.

I've worked in perennial and annual crops, mostly fruits and vegetables, as well as field crops like pulses, grains, oil seeds, etc., and been successful in winemaking, grant-writing, and site design and development. I've also been involved in due diligence for site acquisitions, networking impact investors with progressive rural leaders, and public processes related to drought resilience in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
Agricultural work includes work on 3 different continents, multiple countries.
I own Regenerative Design Services LLC, a full-service rural development support company that has ongoing work internationally and domestically. Most clientele are philanthropy interests supporting regeneration work at regional/watershed scale.
Regenerative Design Services LLC provides full-scale support to agriculturists through some philanthropy-funded programs, producing healthy yields of nutritionally-dense produce while shifting cost structure to compete with conventional operational models. This includes everything from biofertilisers, to water infrastructure design that is competent within the Oregon surface water permitting context.
I've done field work, equipment operation, operations and facility management, and humanitarian agriculture + engineering work abroad.
Start small, produce sustainably, develop a sustainable operating capacity.
Multiple revenue streams, site purchase, hone model, begin second growth phase.
It would be great to have on-site housing.
I've been doing this for a long time all ready, and am happy to share my experience both lived, and in service. I am trained in conflict management and resolution, and I know how to help others be aware of principles, and less attached to positional bargaining.
