Land Seeker Description

I’m looking to start a small vegetable, fruit, and herb farm in the Clackamas County area. I’m an avid gardener with a horticulture degree from OSU. I would like to garden on a larger scale and share my passion and produce with the community. I’m looking for up to 5 acres.

Water rights or on-site well, irrigation available, previously farmed land.

Describe your farming experience

I’ve worked in commercial and research greenhouses during my career in plant sciences. I have a large garden and a hobby greenhouse at home.

What are your short term goals for the land

My short term plans are to get established with 1-2 farmers markets and find other opportunities for small fruit and vegetable stands locally.

What are your long term goals

My long term plans would include developing a larger presence at farmers markets and expanding to develop farm to table partnerships with local restaurants.

I would collaborate, help out, seek advice from, and provide advice to any fellow farmer, customer, and colleague without regard to background.
