hi!

my names grace and my partner soarin and i are looking for property to live on with our dog, george, and our two kitties, pluto and pashmina. I have recently started personal farming, growing vegetables, fruits and herbs and am extremely interested in expanding and having a commercial farming business, i would like to sell organic vegetables and fruit and herbs, locally at farmers market and potentially having a farm stand as well, and expand more in the future, like to restaurants, and grocery stores.

i am an oil painter and i am also an avid gardener and am currently tending to a permaculture garden on my own property. we currently live on a 5 acre property south of eugene that i have lived on since 2015, i grew up here and we have taken over the mortgage from my parents. unfortunately due to my parents divorce they are sadly going to have to sell this beloved property. but i am looking for a new dwelling and land to reside in along with my animals and soarin. i am very interested in organic agriculture and permaculture and i have worked and currently do work with animals for my whole life, and have had horses, cows, and pigs, chickens, bunnies you name it so i definitely have experience with livestock as well. we are looking for a lease to own situation and i just wanted to put myself out there and see what was around! thanks for reading please reach out with any questions i am very open to any possibilities, thanks!!

Describe your farming experience

gardening, all organic, i have more livestock experience than with gardening.
I have experience with chickens, i had multiple for around 8 years and i also had a steer and a heifer for 9 years as well.

What are your short term goals for the land

be able to sell organic vegetables and fruits and honey locally, i am interested in dairy as well.
i would like to focus on organically grown and am also interested in organically raised dairy and eggs as well. i would like to grow veggies and herbs.

What are your long term goals

create a robust agricultural ecosystem, and produce really good crops to sell locally.

Describe your housing needs

single family home, fencing for my dog, and need to have a room for my paint studio. wood stoves are preferred, a/c and heat isnt need i dont have either now.
