Describe your farming experience

3 seasons farming in the Pacific Northwest. 1 year on an educational farm in the Portland area serving local youth, 2 years in the South Sound of Washington working on a 12 acre market farm serving a CSA of 60 with mixed vegetable, fruit, flowers and eggs. First year as crew, second year as the assistant manager.

This will be my 3rd season on my 1/5 acre garden in Central Oregon growing medical herbs and vegetables. I know the conditions in C.O. are much different than the PNW so I have spent the past 3 years learning more about the land, what are best growing practices here and what cultivated medicinal herbs thrive in this environment.
