I am new to the area and would like to plant some roots. I am currently vandwelling by choice to help save up for investment purposes. I do currently work full time, so my ability to put time into farm setup and growing would be dedicated to nights and weekends for the most part initially.
One investment is in my future with farming, so to help I would like to find some land where I am able to safely park my vehicles (2), while I save up resources. I am very green to farming, so will have on training wheels as I give it a go. I would first like to start simply with eggs to generate a little cash and get my feet wet.

I have many interests with farming, so am not certain where I’d venture into after that, but biodynamic, permaculture, organics are huge with me, so it is important the land be suitable for such development. I will have animals most definitely. I am not looking at a herd of cows, but having a goat or two, maybe a pig or two, chickens, dogs and possible a horse down the line.
Initially, I am looking for a lease. I want to figure things a out a little at first before I look into purchase. So land that may down the line be available for purchase would be fine too.
Nice to haves: natural water, pasture, woodland
Initially water rights, sewage, electricity
Just my own gardening and animal sense.
Have a tiny home built. Enclosures for chickens and either goats or sheep or horses. Have a clear plan of crops or animal husbandry direction. Have a the foundation of permaculture/ biodynamics in place as plans of growth develop.
Quite honestly, I can't think that far ahead, but it would be nice to have a fully functional off grid, self-sustaining environment where I am able to give back to the community around me.
I have my van, so I really just need a place to park. If no structures on site, it would be nice if permits to add structures were allowed.
Perks would be water and maybe an electrical hookup.
To contact a land seeker, you must first create a land listing and have it approved by our staff. Thank you.
