Land Seeker Description

Brother Sun Sister Moon Farms LLC is dedicated to working towards the preservation of local, regenerative agriculture while nurturing the land and its people. Our mission is to grow a vast array of quality, specialty greens, vegetables, and herbs to supply direct to consumer through CSA, as well as to local restaurants and wholesalers in Central Oregon. Currently in its genesis, we will use organic, regenerative practices and adhere to a no-till policy to increase fertility, soil health, and biodiversity on our farm. We will not use chemical pesticides, fertilizers, or herbicides. This, in turn, will produce high quality, nutrient dense produce.

Brother Sun Sister Moon Farms aims to be a haven. We attempt to walk the line between reality and hope in all spheres of life and aim our hearts towards balance. We long to work harmoniously with the land to grow quality vegetables in order to create change in our community. We believe that farming is one of the greatest political statements that one can make. In farming responsibly, we choose to focus on discovering tangible, grassroots solutions for our community in such areas as resource conservation, wise earth care, public health, and fair treatment/wages.
