I have farmed for several years. I also served this country in Marine Corps for 9 years. I have a work ethic far beyond most people. I am looking for land to lease for cash or lease to own anywhere from Medford to Bend. I am looking to grow CBD hemp horticulturally. I have grown marijuana professionally fulltime for 3 years. I was mentored by a 45 year veteran of horticultural growing who also owned the largest indoor nursery in the state of Wisconsin. I always work alone but my wife is going to start to help me with Hemp. My product so far outdoes all the competition and I am ready to transfer my growing passion towards CBD vise Marijuana. I am going to start the first year with growing on 2 acres snd hopefully move up to 4 acres within 2 years. I am all about quality over quantity. I have the passion and work ethic to make my CBD Hemp one of the strongest on the market. I am also looking for housing in that area but isn’t a must have. I currently own 121 acres in northern California which is on the market for sale. I am looking to visit and meet with East Fork Cultivars along with looking at land and/or farms in November. I want get to farming in March of 2020.
Water and electricity with a barn or shed.
I come from a family of farmers. I personally have been farming for 3 years. I was taught by a guy with 45 years of growing experience. I have the passion, work ethic, and now recipe for high quality product. I have decided that I would like to farm CBD Hemp rather than marijuana and that is why I'm looking to lease land and eventually own my own once I sell my property in Texas and California.
Short term goal is to have a successful first year of farming 2 acres of high quality CBD Hemp. I will have my name and my farm known for producing the highest quality CBD Hemp.
Own my own land in this region and be a big producer of the highest quality CBD Hemp.
I would like to find property with a house but that is definitely not a deal breaker. The house needs to be atleast 2 bedrooms. My wife and I be the only ones living there, our 3 kids are all currently in college or trade school.
