My wife and I are looking to lease, lease to buy a 1+ acres farmland to start production of organic vegetables with focus on tomatoes, potatoes, ginger and turmeric. Starting from small acreage with biointensive methods and getting know the local market needs we will hope to grow bigger into a 7+ acres garden and fruit farm.

Used to have our own homestead and grow vegetables, berries and fruit trees for more then 7 years.
Our short term goals are to set the infrastructure and build a healthy soil with our own compost, plant berry bushes and nut trees, put up a greenhouse. We are going to start generating revenue with selling organic vegetables and herbs and value added products such as fermented vegetables and sourdough bread.
In 4-5 years we are planning to run a production kitchen and start sharing the experience of sustainable living through inviting people to open classes and mentoring.

Hope to provide the community with organic produce through selling or trading and sharing.
