I am a 39yr old beginner farmer looking seeking 50 acres of pasture land with the intention of breeding and rearing Goat and Sheep for personal and commercial purposes.

Ideally I am looking for lease for cash with payments made annually for a 5yr lease period.

Am looking to practice this long-term so ideally am looking for availability of natural green-grass year long and little shrubs with broad leaves.

Housing will be needed and also a barn and fencing. Am flexible enough to forgo a barn and fence if the farm doesn’t have one, but availability of grass,broadleaf shrubs is very needed.
