My family and I specialize in organic farming/ranching. I currently work during the week to subsidize our operations and devote hours during the week and weekends to growing our operations. I am looking for a lease property that could help grow and facilitate our expanding business.
Water, sewer, power (electric), pasture, fencing is a bonus but we can also install if needed. Outbuildings are also a bonus for farm equipment storage and to be able to put hay up for the livestock.
I began farming in 2016 for a few years in southern Oregon and took a break from it for a few more years picking it back up with new focus in 2020. We specialize in organic products, cattle, poultry, gardens and berries. I prioritize soil biodiversity and improving soil ecosystems in order to produce the healthiest crops we can that are free of pests and diseases that allow us to avoid completely the use of chemical herbicides and pesticides.
To expand our livestock grazing and market gardening and increase our egg production. We would use this time to further perfect our management skills and build the business to the point where we can purchase our own property and bring everything under one roof.
To purchase our own farm and move all operations to it so we can become as efficient as possible.
We would be particularly interested in a property where we could also reside because it allows us better access to manage the operations. We do have a travel trailer that could help with getting onto the land, all we would need are hook ups for the trailer. Alternatively, we would be particularly interested in any residential living options as well.
We are well versed in having visitors to the farm, both in potential customers or in various people coming in to help us harvest. We have yet to run into any issues and spend the majority of our time with visitors educating them in the regenerative process and their importance to our environment and climate as a whole.
To contact a land seeker, you must first create a land listing and have it approved by our staff. Thank you.
