Looking to grow my tiny business but I’m out of room (land). Seeking a small property ( 1 to 5+ acres)to rent/lease to grow row crops (dahlias). Must have access to water, close to Salem (within 30 miles) and be reasonably priced.

My short term goals are to expand my growing capabilities by increasing land size in order to grow my businesses into a self sustaining operation.

Long term goal would be to purchase my own land for my business and grow the business into a profitable operation.
