We are a duo looking to find land, building, and home space to move our mushroom business, and lives to.
We grow oyster, lions mane, enoki, mushrooms currently in our garage. We want a space to be able to grow our business and live. Land that we could grow straw on, as well as a small vegetable farm area.
we are open to partnership, trade, and lease. We are not in a position to be able to purchase at the moment. We are also open to co-op with another business.
Water rights, housing, building or barn(or agreement to be able to add building), electricity
I have worked with a friend on her mini farm for quite a few years.
We have self taught ourselves how to farm mushrooms. We grow indoors, and would like to continue to do that as well as starting farming mushrooms out doors.
We grow our mushrooms on straw, and would love to learn the farming process on this if possible to have the space, and mentorship to do that.
We would like to do small scale vegetable farming, as well as small scale chickens for eggs.
We would like to either have a building on the property to turn into our indoor grow our mushrooms in, or add a storage space to do so.
We plan on becoming a full scale specialty mushroom farm selling to restaurants, groceries stores, and general public through farmers markets or specific pick up days from the farm. We are also open to producing vegetables, and eggs for profit too.
We do have a fully established business plan for our mushroom business.
We will be a successful, well know mushroom farm. Long term plans would include potentially purchasing the property at some point. Continuing to grow and expand our business. Offering classes, dried mushrooms, vegetables. Adding a co-op aspect to let other small scale business utilize the land.
We would need a two bedroom home, with potential office space. (Though we use our kitchen right now) We have a small dog and cat as well.
As a queer individual who has been alcohol free for 3 years we are very open and understanding to every person. We would not tolerate any sort of discrimination.
To contact a land seeker, you must first create a land listing and have it approved by our staff. Thank you.
