My name is Wael Isaac, and I am a 45-year-old computer engineer currently residing in Southern California. I am exploring the possibility of relocating to Oregon, drawn by its favorable climate that aligns well with my agricultural project, and my desire to live closer to nature. I have over 12 years of experience in farming and poultry raising, which I have been actively involved in over the past decade. I am now looking to rent a piece of land, ideally with the potential to purchase it in the future or possibly enter into a partnership. The project I envision is a poultry farm focused on broiler chickens, complemented by raising some livestock on a property of at least 15 acres. The plan also includes cultivating certain crops that would support the farm, with the potential for expansion and construction of additional poultry and livestock facilities. In the next five years, I look forward to building hangars for poultry farming, preparing them, and cultivating crops and vegetables, as well as establishing a greenhouse and raising some sheep.
In the next ten years, I aim to expand and double the project, produce the necessary feed for the farm to achieve self-sufficiency, focus on increasing sheep production
