We are a driven and experienced couple looking to establish a productive, diverse, and economically sustainable farm in Oregon. Our vision is to create a working farm that blends agriculture, education, and hospitality, generating revenue through crop production, livestock, agritourism, and value-added experiences, all while fostering a deep connection to the land.
With backgrounds in agriculture, Controlled Environment Agriculture, and farm management, we take a practical, results-driven approach to farming. Our expertise spans greenhouse operations, nursery production, specialty crops, and ecosystem management, with a strong focus on building a farm that functions as a long-term economic engine. We are open-minded, adaptable, and business-focused, ready to develop the land into a high-yielding, financially viable operation that supports both the local economy and a thriving agricultural community.
We are seeking farmland with strong potential for both production and agritourism, including:
We are open to flexible arrangements such as lease-to-own, partnerships, or long-term leases, allowing us to invest in and develop the land into a thriving, multi-revenue stream farm business.
If you have a property that aligns with our vision, we’d love to connect
As experienced growers and land stewards, we bring strong agricultural knowledge, business planning experience, and a deep commitment to regenerative land management. We are looking for a property where we can establish a long-term presence, contribute positively to the local farming community, and cultivate a thriving farm business that aligns with our values of sustainability and education.
If you have land that might be a good fit, we’d love to connect! Please reach out to discuss possibilities.
Our top priority is a reliable water source and quality soil for agricultural use. While a house on the property would be ideal, we are 100% open to creative options and flexible living arrangements.
Since we plan to raise sheep and other livestock, existing barns, secure or the ability to install livestock fencing, fencing shelters, and feed storage would be a major advantage—but we’re fully capable of building or modifying structures as needed.
Other Key Features We’re Seeking:
- Good soil health or land with potential for improvement
- Pasture or open land suitable for livestock and rotational grazing
- Outbuildings, sheds, or covered storage for farm tools, feed, and equipment
We’re looking for a functional, high-potential property where we can establish a productive, livestock-integrated farm built for long-term success and economic growth.
If your property aligns with our vision, we’d love to connect!
Reed got his start in agriculture at 16 years of age on a tree farm, setting the foundation for a career that evolved into high-tech cultivation and farm management. Over the years, he’s mastered crop production, plant nutrition, irrigation, pest control, commercial beekeeping, bio-intensive farming, and Controlled Environment Agriculture- constantly refining his approach to maximize efficiency and yield.
Dara holds two degrees from the University of Arizona and specializes in animal behavior and ecological sciences, bringing expertise in ecosystem balance, and land stewardship. She ensures that agriculture and nature work in harmony, seamlessly complementing Reed’s background in farm operations and high-yield production strategies.
Together, they bring science, efficiency, and regenerative farming principles to everything they do. Reed’s hands-on expertise and Dara’s ecological approach create a livestock-integrated, regenerative farm system that balances profitability and sustainability—proving that farming can be both productive and good for the land.
We’re building a high-performance, revenue-generating farm that blends agriculture, agritourism, and ecological restoration—a place where production, strategic land use, and community engagement work together to create long-term value.
Our Five-Year Growth Plan:
Develop core infrastructure—install essential systems for water, energy, and operations, while building soil health through rotational grazing and cover cropping to maximize productivity and soil health.
Maximize crop revenue—nut, fruit, vegetable, specialty crop or cut flower production, choosing what best fits the land and market demand for the highest return.
Expand agritourism and events—monetize on-farm stays, weddings, workshops, and private events, creating multiple revenue streams that go beyond traditional farming.
Leverage livestock and pollinators—integrate rotational grazing for soil enrichment and establish pollinator-friendly systems that enhance ecosystem health and overall farm output.
This farm isn’t just about growing food—it’s about building a dynamic, scalable, and a resilient business while maintaining long-term land value and sustainability.
We’re scaling up to create a fully integrated agritourism and regenerative agriculture destination—a farm that works as an economic engine while restoring the land.
Our Growth Strategy:
Expand high-value food production—tap into niche markets with specialty and heirloom crops that command premium prices.
Build educational partnerships—collaborate with schools and organizations to host on-site programs, workshops, and hands-on farm training.
Develop farm-stay accommodations—offer immersive experiences where guests can stay, learn, and engage in farm life while supporting regenerative agriculture.
Increase land value through soil-building—enhance carbon sequestration and establish the farm as a model for climate resilience and long-term productivity.
Diversify revenue with value-added products—maximize profitability with farm-made goods, weddings, event hosting, and agritourism experiences.
Our vision? A self-sustaining, community-driven farm that educates, conserves, and produces at the highest level, proving that regenerative farming is both profitable and essential for the future.
A move-in ready home is ideal, but we’re not afraid of being creative. We’re open to investing in necessary improvements if the house has good bones and can be restored into a functional living space over time.
As a farmer, I believe that land and food should bring people together. My vision for the farm is to create an inclusive, safe, and welcoming space for people of all backgrounds—whether they are farm workers, visitors, or members of the surrounding community.
To ensure this, I will:
Prioritize Respect and Inclusivity – Everyone who visits, works, or interacts with the farm will be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their race, gender, background, or beliefs. The farm will cultivate an inclusive culture where all feel valued and welcome.
Provide Education and Engagement – Hosting farm tours, workshops, and volunteer programs that encourage community involvement in sustainable agriculture, ensuring accessibility for people from different backgrounds.
Create a Safe Working Environment – Establishing clear workplace safety policies, ensuring fair treatment, and fostering a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination or harassment.
Support Local and Diverse Partnerships – Sourcing from and collaborating with local farmers, artisans, and businesses that represent a diverse range of cultures and perspectives.
