Seeking Farm Land for first time farming family

Land Seeker Description

We are seeking land to raise our children on and develop over the long term.  We would like a lease to own or owner finance option.  A livable home on the property or space to build one or add a manufactured home.  Space for growing vegetables/herbs/flowers, and to raise chickens and potentially other animals as we developed the property.  Would love space for a greenhouse.

What features of the property are essential?

Water, sewer, electricity access.

Describe your farming experience

We have experience in backyard gardening, container gardening, and chickens. Looking to move out of the city and raise our kids to understand the value and satisfaction of improving the land.

Are you currently farming?

What are your short term goals for the land

To have a piece of land to work with our kids while they are young, in order to teach them a heathy, responsible, and rewarding life style. Immediately we would like to grow as soon as possible, continuing any growing or upkeep that’s needed.

What are your long term goals

Dairy cow, sheep for wool, chickens, ducks, bees, permanent home on the property for our growing family.

Describe your housing needs

Ideally we need housing on the property. However if the location is right we can drive in to work the land and finance a manufactured or stick built on the land.
