Hello there we are Palynn ad Chris in our mid to late 20’s. We have a vision to develop and run a small biodynamic/permaculture farm to restaurant and market that will also provide some to local shelters ad food waste rescue programs. We will raise chickens and goats and bees as resources for products as well as on hand workers. Focused on developing the land so the soil will be nutrient dense and good for growing for years to come. As well as developing long term solutions for watering (rain collecting and filtration), energy efficiency, land development, and food forests.
Palynn comes from a family of cattle ranchers and spent younger years playing in irrigation fields, that along with a love of the outdoors has spurred a lifelong vision to build her own farm and systems that can at once enrich the land and enhance community interaction. Palynn has had a couple farm and homesteading adventures, including an apprenticeship at a biodynamic farm in Santa Cruz, a inner city 1 acre community CSA farm, and an up and coming homestead in Se Portland. At the most recent one in SE we learned to set up a long term Greenhouse, and 10 hoogle culture pallet raised beds as well as building chicken coops.
Chris comes from a rural setting were he grew up with farm chores, raising horses, hanging out with a sweet cow named Hank, raising chickens, collecting cords of wood, and building greenhouses and chicken coops.
Water rights preferred or well
Palynn has 2+ years with farming apprenticeships, home growing, apartment growing, urban farms, bio dynamic, community outreach, and permaculture. Experience with raising chickens.
As well as growing up with and helping with irrigation hay farming and cattle ranching in Arizona.
Chris grew up raising horses, chickens and a sweet family cow. He also built greenhouses, and other out buildings and harvested wood.

Set up and house 30 + egg producing chickens in oops and as land grazers.
House 2-5 goats and set up milk and cheese production
Create a 1 acre raised bed (hoogle culture) vegetable and herb gardens for market and restaurant accounts
Develop a 1/2 acre food forest sustainable grow
Set up a rain-catching a filtration system fro 100+ gallons yearly
Set up a developed compost system
Once the short term goals have been established we will move into creating the community aspect,
Long term wether this s on the land we lease soon or we move to another space I would ideally like to set up a community centered location for classes on farm and for hosting cooking, planting, and naturals resources building classes. A farmshop where people can browse a selection of homemade product as well as fresh produce, with some pick your own options. In this system [people will be able to trade time in making homemade goods for grocery credit. We will have a couple restaurant accounts for vegetables, herbs, edible flowers, chicken eggs and goat dairy. As well as an onsite cafe with pre-made foods and drinks with nightly events such as dancing, crafting and open mics.
We will need a one-two bedroom house with working plumbing and electrical. Not picky about the shape and willing to work on upgrades and aesthetics. Just needs to be livable.
To contact a land seeker, you must first create a land listing and have it approved by our staff. Thank you.
