Retired Flower Bulb/Nursery Grower looking to find a plot of fertile soil, where I can plant my roots/tubers for expanding hobby. The duration of occupancy is year to year. I have access to soil working equipment, I am a tractor based farmer (long straight rows). I employ organic practices, I need “easy access” to the plot . I use drip- irrigation to conserve water.Full sun required. I also intend to find room for an acre of vegetables-I will share vegetables weekly with owners. I have 20 years experience of growing   125 varieties of crops, including-bulbs, annuals, bi-annuals, perennials, shrubs, ornamental landscape type plants. I am only growing for a hobby, I am a high performance person, who’s passionate about farming.

I will be looking for , full sun, water rights , or equivalent. easy access to property. I would like to come and go as I please without disturbing owners.

professional horticulturist and Farm-business owner with 20 yrs experience, and I proudly produced 200 thousand dollars per year-consistently on my personal land. I am now considering growing for hobby and pleasure.
I have dedicated my entire adult life to the mastery of floriculture!
I qualify to "consult" I earned my PHd in Agronomy through self-studies, dedication, passion, persistence, and commitment...If there is an opportunity for "consulting agripreneurs" that would please me too! My specialty is diversified intensive production-type agriculture. I use cultivating tractors for weed management, I am also well experienced with chemical based management of nursery stock. I'd rather employ organics in my future however flexible and "open-minded"!

What are your short term goals for the land

annually, from year to year, may grow into a blooming business. If I I could find a land owner ,who's willing to commit to a very long lease with option to buy, I would invest the time, effort, and financial resources into crops like: kiwi for example, or blueberries, or lilacs or peonies, -very long term crops. I would love to set up a vineyard and produce table grapes. I am 46 years of age.
