Retired Hewlett Packard Project Manager with experience in cultivating mint, grass seed and, more recently, industrial hemp for boutique style producers of topicals, tinctures and smokable flower.

I am looking for irrigatable ground that will be free of residual pesticides/herbicides or other chemical contaminants.  Soil and water supply should have acceptable levels of heavy metals.

I can consider non organic certified ground.

Land must current water rights. An available supply of electricity is highly desirable. Buildings are optional.


Describe your farming experience

I have been involved with farming in the Willamette Valley for 10 years. I have assisted operations that cultivated mint oil, grass seed, corn, wheat and, more recently, industrial hemp.

What are your long term goals

If possible, secure a lease to buy option for up to 30 acres. Pass the successful operation on to my sons and daughter.
