I’m a multi generation grower of Asian and indigenous veggies. We are seeking a multi dwelling farm to raise our kids with another family that value conservation and caring for the land. We want to grow veggies, have an orchard and use the lands ecology as a resource to both support the land and us.
water rights, on-site sewer, on-site private well, irrigation structures, barns/structures, pasture, woodland, soil type, electricity, land that has been certified organic, house, meadow
Grew up in farming with my dad in New Mexico for 12 years and started a non profit farm two years ago that I run and provide CSA boxes to families.
We hope to work to own a partial of the property with another family or go in and buying together. I envision working together on a set of shared values and vision to to create income stream together and help in share parenting duties as we grow and raise our children on the farm.
Have an abundant producing farm that is steady, selling to multiple places so we can maybe setup other things on the land to share with others like a possible educational program for young people and or a retreat location for people to stay at to get a farm experience. My priorities are surviving on the property without scarificing too much time with my kids. This means not expanding too big while they are young and getting more ambitious when they get older.
I would like to have equity in a dual living sustuation with my two kids.
Water, if from a well that it's tested
Temporarily I could live in a tiny home
