Pasture Land wanted (Regenerative grazing operation)

Land Seeker Description

We are first generation farmers looking to expand our operation. We have the demand but we need the land to grow. We are currently farming our 86 acre home site, 30 acres of a lease property and a 20 acre custom graze. We are seeking land we can graze pairs on year round. Preferably 50-100 acres. What features of the property are essential?

We are seeking pasture land with water access. A barn would be a bonus but not required.

Describe your farming experience

We are self motivated entrepreneurs. We have been raising animals for the last 10 years. We are passionate about the food we raise and the life they have while they are with us.

What are your short term goals for the land

Grow our pairs operation so we are in full control of our meat program. Birth to finish is our main goal moving forward. We currently have roughly 26 pairs and would love to get that number up to 50.

What are your long term goals

Continue to grow our beef operations. I hope to double our sales and profitability within the next 3 years.
