I am a single man (39) currently living in Ashland.  Born and raised in the area i started working in the cattle industry alongside my father when i was 8 years old.  I am currently self-employed as a Farrier and have a small herd of cattle i own personally.  I am well versed in all aspects of farm labor, eg; fencing, irrigation, equipment operations, hay production, etc. and am seeking the opportunity to grow and develop as a business owner in the farming community.


What features of the property are essential?

Would be essential that the land have already established utilities that including, sewer, power and preferably some irrigation rights and/or a sustainable, proven well.

Describe your farming experience

I am well versed in all aspects of farm labor, eg; fencing, irrigation,(including flood), equipment operations, welding, hay production, etc. I have lived on and worked farm land in southern Oregon my entire life.

What are your short term goals for the land

I am seeking the opportunity to be able to continue my work with cattle in a setting that would allow me the potential to grow a business that is focused on both the well being of the land and the animals.

To continue to build on the foundation of either the business i have created or continue the vision of an established business partnership.
