Land Seeker Description

I’ll introduce myself a little and explain what I’m looking for. My name Jack, I’m currently out of state working full time and looking to move back to the PNW. My background is in organic farming with years under my belt with usda certified land. We farmed in Salem, took a struggling farm and made it great in under a year. My passion is in natural farming techniques. Skilled with greenhouse growing design, building and taking plans to reality.
Looking for a house and land, open to creative options. Would love to do a Year long CSA, supply local schools with produce, have a farm stand on the property and host classes to teach organic farming. Down the road I would love to do a true farm to table restaurant where people can come see the food they are eating. Writing is not my strong suit so I’ll share some pictures of what we were able to accomplish with a very small team. We did 5 acres of full produce. 7-100’ greenhouses that produces lettuce all year and strawberries! Skilled with chickens, sheep and some cattle.
Looking to do this sooner than later start of the new year would perfect! If anyone is interested or knows someone that is open to creative options please let me know!

What features of the property are essential?

Doesn’t have to be certified organic off the start but would like to one day be usda. Good soil, well area for pasture would be perfect.
