Essential property features are flood, pivot, or sprinkler irrigation. Barns, Greenhouses, outbuildings, equipment for rent, are all a bonus, but not necessary. Certified Organic land is a super, but not necessary.
We have over 10 years of experience in the Hemp Industry. We have worked on large commodity hemp farms, and also on small craft style CBD industrial hemp farms. We have owned and operated indoor cultivation gardens ranging from 5,000 -14,000 sq ft. We also have local community farming experience, producing for farmers markets.
Our short term plan is to acquire leased acres to produced high quality CBD craft-style industrial hemp cultivars and produce industrial hemp as a biomass commodity, for seed, hurd and hemp oil. Organic farming practices are always a must for our cultivation practices, but we do not have to plant on organically certified land, even though, that is such a bonus! 2019 growing season will be up to 50 acres. 2020- 2023, our goal is to plant more acres and continue supporting the co-oping opportunities we build with our business plan. Our goal in business is to supply high-quality CBD product to a medical group we are associated with, and to produce quality commodity boimass for sustainable renewable resource options, and food- grade hemp products.
Our long term plans include a developing a farming co-op for industrial hemp, with established seeds to sale supply chains. Our goals include helping more and more people be educated about the sustainability of industrial hemp and the wide variety of products that can be made out of hemp, including bio-fuels and strong, versatile bio-composites, solar energy storage and more.
A 2-3 bedroom home would be great, but not necessary. Thank you.
