I am a flower farmer running a micro-scale urban flower farm in Bend, Oregon. I am looking for half acre or more with housing on site to live in and expand my growing operations and business.
I am open to purchasing or leasing. Ideally looking for something near Bend or Redmond.
I have been working in the horticulture industry for 12 years.

Adequate sun exposure for flowers
Soil has not been sprayed with chemicals and/or pesticides or heavily tilled

Storage space for equipment
Ideally the property will also have a studio or space to host workshops of 10 or so and a farm stand for walk up purchases.
My first year in business I was farming in my home landscape and selling flowers wholesale and retail. In year two I rented a small piece of property that allowed me to expand my growing space. I set up all of my own irrigation on the land. I use social media marketing to build my CSA subscriptions and I contact my retail clients directly weekly to schedule deliveries. My wholesale is done through the Central Oregon Flower Collective.

I would also like to expand into hosting workshops and having an on property farm stand as well as offering services for small events.
A hoop structure for the property for season extension and ability to grow different varieties.
Extra space for winter forcing of Tulips for early season harvest.
Adding additional hoop structures for season extension, hiring employees and continue to research and develop new sales channels.
Ideally I'm looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. I'm flexible on size but approx 1500 SF is preferred. AC is necessary.
