we are market gardeners that grow veggies and flowers for the farmers market. We are looking to relocate our farm from Northern CA to the Applegate area.

we practice no till regenerative practices with hopes of improving and maintaining healthy soil. We use no till, compost application, cover cropping and drip irrigation.

In the past ten years I have worked on several flower and vegetable farms. My roots began with urban gardening in Oakland, CA. I currently own and manage a one acre market garden.

What are your short term goals for the land

Short term goals:

Establish perennials, apple orchard and establish a market garden. Add compost and cover crops.

What are your long term goals

Long term goals:
Maintain crops, sell at farmers markets, and increase apple/ berry orchard. Build soil.

Describe your housing needs

I would like to build a house, or live in a tiny house on wheels.
