My intentions for land it to have a sustainable practices, grazing, regerative farm. 5-10acre (would be open for more land) plot of land for herd management, chicken tractors, hoop houses for seasonal plants and raised beds for herbs. Bee hives to increase pollinators and honey production. Long term intentions to create an educational program about food sovereignty, closed loop farming, reducing my carbon footprint, native plant instillation and organic land stewardship.
Regenerative/organic practices. Water rights, at least one barn, with electricity if possible. Mixed pasture/woodlands is a perk for grazing animals.
Have been working on small scale raw milk dairies, large scale organic and biodynamic vineyards and farms. Managing herd health and grazing. Keeping bees and focusing on pollinator pathways, and native plant installations.
Hoop houses, raised beds, hogs, a small herd of sheep & goats depending on acreage, pasture & forestry needs. A couple hives and space for chicken tractors. Small scale farm, able to produce meat and vegetables.
Seed to table education, come out to the farm and learn about small scale farming, seasonality and how to capture the favors- canning, cooking and dehydrating. Creating an experience that is based on stewardship and holistic practices.
Farmhouse on property, need around 1,000 Sq. feet. Looking for at least 2 bedroom 1.5 bath, laundry, and washer/dryer. Hardwood floors preferred.
