Lease Small Parcels for Christmas Trees

Looking for opportunities to cash lease ground for Christmas tree growing operations. Intent is to plant a few acres per year to eventually supplement local tree lots and tree farms that lack growing capacity.

Aside from farming ventures, I operate a forestry company and can assist in clearing overgrown parcels of farmland or old Christmas trees in trade for lease opportunities.

Soil health and type are a factor, as well as soil drainage depending on site location and tree species.
