Lease, Partnership, Creative Solution

Land Seeker Description

My area of expertise includes creative marketing (blogging, photography, ad copy and content creation) project management, event coordination, nursery culture, horticulture, architectural design, garden design, watergardens, and all things that apply to property development and aesthetics. Also in my skillset, is finish carpentry, drywall,  pole barns, ornamental and functional garden structures,  latticework, tilework, some basic electrical wiring, and HVAC duct work. I  come equipped with my own woodshop tools.

  • I’m looking to create a destination farm where visitors can enjoy and purchase fresh produce, ornamental and edible nursury stock, farm fresh eggs, baby chicks, laying hens, goldfish and koi. There will be a coffee shop, gift shop, metaphysical store, Reiki healing center, and yoga. There will be a meditation garden, rose garden, watergardens, Japanese garden, English knot garden, Lavender  garden, Herb garden, and Potager Garden. Visitors will come here for inspiration and education on horticultural practices and garden design. Permaculture can be subject to land and water available, but I’m envisioning cherry trees, blueberries, possibly Christmas trees or a vineyard depending on soils.

I’m a single mom looking for a fresh start in life, doing things that I love with my  children and sharing these joys with others.
