Describe your farming experience

Extensive experience with horses, gardening, and poultry. Have worked cows, but less. I have spent a few hundred hours reading and learning from regenerative farmers/ranchers on the internet.

What are your short term goals for the land

Begin growing herds of sheep and cattle, while running both broilers and egg chickens behind the animals to improve soil health and increase cash flow while the ruminants grow.

What are your long term goals

Run a fully regenerative farm, raising cattle, sheep, pigs, and poultry as well as a large garden and orchard. Potentially even teaching classes and hosting agritourism events to inspire the next generation of farmers while feeding ourselves and our community the highest quality food.

Describe your housing needs

Interested in a home in property, would like to build our own eventually, but open to land without a home.

What will you do as a farmer to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone on your farm and in your community?

We are looking to serve and support as many people as we can. I have autoimmune conditions and that is what inspired me to dive in to organic foods and learn about how we can help others through our work.
