Lease or Lease to Own 20 to 50 acres in Marion County

?

Land Seeker Description

I currently own a wholesale nursery. I have both field production and rented property with cold frame greenhouses for my container grown production. I am looking for more property to lease or lease to own for more rotation of my field production. The property needs to have a descent amount of water and have a pretty good soil type to raise the crops I grow. 20 acres or more is desired so that other crops can be rotated with the field production.

What features of the property are essential?

Water Rights from well, river, or pond
Good soil for field production
